Attorney Busalacchi’s practice includes divorce and family law, litigation and representation of local governments in various court proceedings. She is committed to providing her clients with strong, competent representation in a supportive environment. In her family law practice, Ms. Busalacchi handles cases including divorce, child support, custody and placement, post judgment modification of orders and paternity. She also serves as Guardian ad Litem in family law matters in Columbia County and Juneau County. Every case she works on comes with a unique set of challenges, and she takes the time to listen to her clients to formulate a strategy that best meets their individual needs.
Attorney Busalacchi also appears as Corporation Counsel and on behalf of the public interest in court proceedings involving the prosecution of: civil commitments, guardianships and protective placements, child support enforcement, truancy matters, children in need of protection or services (“CHIPS”) and juveniles in need of protection of services (“JIPS”).
Attorney Busalacchi is a 2013 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she served as judicial intern to Dane County Circuit Court Judge Richard Niess. Prior to law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University in 2009.
Attorney Busalacchi is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court Western District of Wisconsin.
Her community and professional activities include: Sauk County Bar Association; State Bar of Wisconsin; The Legal Association for Women; Rotary Club of Baraboo; Wisconsin Alumni Association – Sauk County Chapter Board of Directors.
